We want you to be happy with your AventroHome spin scrubber. If it’s not the right fit, here’s how returns and refunds work.
14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To start a return, email mdhasib.dev@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items that show signs of use beyond testing for functionality may not qualify for a full refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, AventroHome covers return shipping.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
